Add option to enable/disable auto-parsing om Excel/csv files

It would be nice to be able to turn of the auto-parsing of excel/csv files so that we can see if a parse fails.
We could potentially be parsing hundreds if not thousands of files and if we can't see which parses have failed it would be a pain to go and open them all to double check.
Maybe add a checkbox in the options "Auto-parse csv files" with a default to "true" so to keep backwards compatibility.
