Add data post processing features

Features could ultimately include:
- Dynamic field creation based on other fields
- Field merge / split
- Conditional business logic (if / then / else, switch / case)
- Change of schema structure ("deep" objects etc)
- Conversion to other formats than JSON (XLM, Schema.org etc)
