Automatically detect decimal separator when using the AI engine

Decimal separators settings can be changed at Account, mailbox and template level. However, when using the AI engine, you cannot specify the separator on a per document basis, which means you cannot receive documents with different decimal separators in a s single mailbox.

It may be possible to detect the decimal separator when using the AI engine, that works in most cases.

Parseur now auto detects the decimal separator for Number fields. It works with all parsing engines, AI and templates.
