Add data analysis and data visualization

We’re exploring a new set of features to help you better work with the data extracted from your Parseur mailboxes, including tools to explore, analyze, and visualize your data.

Some potential use cases:

* Ask Parseur AI questions about your extracted data: for example, when was the last payment date for customer Acme Inc.
* Summarize and analyze data (for example, from a mailbox of invoices: identify your top 5 customers, calculate total spend per customer or per country, etc.)
* Create charts to visualize your data (for example, total expense amount per month over the past 12 months)
* Export results as CSV, Markdown, images, or PDF

Since this is a significant addition, we want to gauge interest and better understand how you would use it. This will help us build something genuinely useful.
