Allow subscribers to purchase additional credits without upgrading

  You dont need to upgrade your monthly or yearly plan.
  There is a setting in Parseur to simply "renew" your current plan when you've used up your credits.
  "Automatically renew your existing plan early" - This setting simply renews your current plan if you've used up your credits.

  This has been implemented, users can now purchase 10%, 25%, 50% and 100% of their quota on the subscription page: https://app.parseur.com/account/plan
