Add a 'force OCR' as a parameter in an API processing call

When the AI parser doesn't find any data I would like to reprocess it via an API call with 'Force OCR' set. In the portal I've found this setting can yield the results I want however I don't want it on all the time.

The advantage of making it a parameter in the API call is that we don’t have to go to the settings, change it for one document, then change it back
